How Long I Keep Information
I keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, complete transactions, or comply with legal obligations. Customer order and payment information is kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes, correspondence and messages for up to 2 years, and website analytics data for up to 12 months.
I review personal information regularly and securely delete anything no longer needed.
Who I Share Information With
Data processors:
PayPal: Processes customer payments and provides payment confirmations.
Wise: Processes customer payments and provides transaction details.
Banks: Handle payment confirmations for order processing.
Delivery providers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc.): Deliver products using customer addresses and contact details.
Website Analytics and Advertising Providers (Google): Analyse website traffic.
Legal obligations:
HMRC and other regulatory authorities for tax, accounting, or other statutory purposes.
I only share the minimum information necessary to provide services, complete transactions, or comply with legal obligations.
Sharing Information Outside the UK
Some of my data processors may store or process personal information outside the UK. I ensure all transfers comply with UK GDPR using appropriate safeguards.

PayPal (online payment processor, financial technology) may process data in the USA or Ireland using an Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Wise (online payment processor, financial technology) may process data in the UK, Ireland, or other EU countries using an Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Only the minimum personal information necessary to process payments is shared with these processors outside the UK.
